HWDI akan bekerja dengan USAID JAPRI untuk melakukan pemetaan lanskap kewirausahaan, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan komponen pendukung yang berkelanjutan dari inisiatif program JAPRI. HWDI juga akan menggunakan jaringan yang dimilikinya untuk mengampanyekan penjangkauan USAID JAPRI dan memfasilitasi jejaring antara pengusaha Penyandang Disabilitas  dan komunitas bisnis pada cabang HWDI  di Surabaya, Kediri, Blitar dan Trenggalek.
