THE POSITION LOCATION: HEADQUARTERS We are recruiting a communications specialist with excellent Indonesian and English language skills to support Kopernik�s communications activities and raise Kopernik�s profile, with a focus on digital outreach. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Kopernik's digital outreach to engage wider audiences. Produce communications materials for target audiences. Publish content to Kopernik website. Translate, edit or proofread Indonesian lanaguage documents and reports. Support local outreach activities. Support communications training for program staff. Provide communications support to Last Mile Consulting projects. Other tasks as required. REQUIREMENTS Degree in communications or other relevant discipline, and at least three years experience in a communications role. Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian. Experience in digital marketing. Experience with website content management systems. Experience working with brand guidelines to produce print, online, video and multimedia content for target audiences. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A can-do and collaborative mind set � comfortable with the ambiguities and demands of a rapidly evolving work environment. Excellent organisational skills. High energy levels. A commitment to Kopernik's values and reaching underserved communities. Willingness to travel.
