� Be on time for your shift, on time for each customer and perform treatments within the time allotted for the service. � Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments. � Perform other tasks as asked eg daily cleaning and preparation of spa, shopping, brochure distribution. � Communicate with guests about their specific wellness concerns. � Handle guests� questions and concerns professionally and courteously. � Properly care for equipment and use amounts of product to assist with cost controls. � Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered. � Uphold our standards of sanitation and sterilization. � Prepare products for scrubs and baths, hair treatments, facial ingredients, and herbal tea. � Communicate to management when products get low so we can restock. � Communicate to management any problems involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. � Communicate to management if any equipment or spa rooms need maintenance. � Actively promote the spa, treatments and services. � Possess the ability to work without direct supervision. � Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy a quality, fun, respectful work environment. � Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa. � Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
