Communication with travel agents, event organizers, hotels. Promote the restaurant and functions to potential clients. (Note: There is one assistant at Head Office helping for this responsibility) Supervising and coordinating events � presence at the events required Maintaining good relations between kitchen staff, wait staff, management and customers to ensure that everything is handled with care and good customer satisfaction. Planning for future development of facilities and service improvements. Additional related duties as required

Education: College Degree required. Marketing / Communication / Management / Hospitality preferred Experience: - 1 to 2 years experience in Marketing / Communication / Management position - Experience in Hospitality (resort / spa / restaurant) will be seen as a plus Required skills: - Communication skills - Writing skills (news, emails) - Interest in Social Media & applications - Proficiency of English (oral & written) is a must
