Andi Nadaa Nafisaa, a friend of Deaf who currently works at PT PNM DKI Jakarta Branch as a Remedial Admin in charge of monitoring customer maturity, Nafisaa makes reports from units and collects customer documents.

As a friend of Deaf who has completed education up to D1, Nafisaa has no difficulties at work because she is used to using written/written language when taking lessons during lectures and usually interacting with listening friends.

Nafisaa really enjoys her work, for her obstacles and difficulties in working can be resolved if communicated. Communication that is often done by him is through writing, either via chat or paper, so that his co-workers are used to interacting with Nafisaa who has a hearing impairment.

We hope that in the future more friends with disabilities can work in companies like Nafisaa so that employers can understand that friends with disabilities can work.

Let's meet Patrisia, she is one of the winner of Aku Mampu Berbisnis 2020, a program by DNetwork to support entrepreneurs with disability. Patrisia has also recently finished her English course with DNetwork through Aku Mampu Berbahasa Inggris program.

"I have participated in the I'm Able to Do Business program in 2020 and was one of the participants who received capital assistance and mentorship from DNetwork and Female Preneur. This program was very beneficial for the development of my online handicraft business. I learned to have an entrepreneurial mentality and also learned about how to start my online business. The capital assistance I got from DNetwork has helped my business's sales. There have been 3 sales periods of my products using DNetwork's capital assistance. The first period sold 100 pcs, the second period sold 50 pcs and the third period 50 pcs.

I also just finished the English training program from DNetwork this June 2021 through the Aku Mampu program. This program added to my provision and knowledge of English. I can use the knowledge from this training to teach at Benih Belajar (English course) which started in early July 2021.
